Our client, E.D. Pons and Associates, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing level-one customer service for all phone calls/inquiries
  • Managing all monthly financial tasks including A/P, A/R
  • Ability to confidentially handle all assigned administrative and financial tasks

This position is part-time, 20 hours/week with flexible scheduling options. Compensation is $21 -$25/hour, commensurate with experience/education.



Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Hands on knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and Office tools, etc.
  • Accurate data entry, and effective written, oral, and listening communication skills
