Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with commercial clients to assess their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.Risk Assessment: Analyze business operations to determine appropriate coverage and mitigate risks.Policy Review: Regularly review policies to ensure they align with clients' evolving requirements.Claims Management: Assist clients in navigating the claims process and advocate for timely resolution.Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client base and promote agency services.Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date insurance advice.


Requirements

Licensing: Possess a valid insurance license, preferably in commercial lines, in the state of Minnesota.

Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Client-Centered Approach: Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, balancing independence with collaboration.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a supportive work culture.
