The firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Business Immigration Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business immigration law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business immigration matters while providing support to the team of experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys with preparing and filing various business immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, O-1, and PERM.
  • Communicating with clients to gather necessary documents and information for case preparation.
  • Managing a caseload of business immigration matters, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to business immigration laws and regulations.
  • Preparing responses to requests for evidence (RFEs) and notices of intent to deny (NOIDs) under attorney supervision.
  • Maintaining organized and accurate case files, ensuring compliance with firm protocols and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinating with clients, government agencies, and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

Education/Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of one (1) years of experience working as a business immigration paralegal.
  • Proficiency in business immigration processes and procedures, including familiarity with various visa categories and USCIS forms.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal case management software preferred.
