Day to day as a Server Assistant

Step into the unique role of a Busser, which we call a "Caddy", at Gimme's Par & Grill, where the worlds of golf and dining collide to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a Caddy, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting our service staff and bartenders to deliver seamless and efficient service. Just like a caddy on the golf course, you'll be there every step of the way, ensuring our patrons receive top-notch care and attention.

To excel as a Caddy at Gimme's Par & Grill, you must have a genuine passion for customer service and a welcoming demeanor that brightens every patron's day. You'll need to be quick on your feet, delivering drinks and food with precision and a smile. Handling spills and keeping the dining area clean and organized should be second nature to you. Collaboration is key, as you'll be supporting servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Your high energy, sense of urgency, and keen eye for detail will set you apart in this fast-paced environment. Taking ownership of each guest's satisfaction and enjoyment is paramount, so your proactive nature and attentiveness will be greatly valued. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • • Provide above-and-beyond service to our patrons with a friendly face.
  • • Deliver cold
  • freshly poured drinks and prepared food to our patrons.
  • • Clean up spilled food
  • drinks and broken dishes
  • and remove empty bottles and trash.
  • • Assist servers and bartenders in their service duties.
  • • Keep golf simulator bays and service areas cleared and clean.
  • • Maintain outstanding energy

  • • Actively check-in with patrons throughout their booking or dining time to ensure satisfaction
  • including refilling water
