HR Coordinator: Recruiting and Onboarding

Objective: The HR Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator works closely with our plant teams in a fast-paced organization. The individual will be managing recruiting and onboarding activity for hourly positions within their responsible sites.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly positions including: sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers to candidates
- Create and post requisitions in applicant tracking system (ADP)
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events (open house, job fairs, campus events)
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing status in a weekly report
- Manage staffing companies and serve as single point of contact with PUREM
- Responsible for HR Marketing (career fairs open house walk ins, Increase the recruitment channels)
- Track and manage new hires through all steps of the onboarding process.
- Gather and process paperwork, run background checks and I-9 verifications.
- Coordinate and facilitates new hire orientation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in HR, will consider internships
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager-learner that's able to own projects and jump in wherever needed
