Objective: The HR Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator works closely with our plant teams in a fast-paced organization. The individual will be managing recruiting and onboarding activity for hourly positions within their responsible sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly positions including: sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers to candidates
  • Create and post requisitions in applicant tracking system (ADP)
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Coordinate and attend recruiting events (open house, job fairs, campus events)
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing status in a weekly report
  • Manage staffing companies and serve as single point of contact with PUREM
  • Responsible for HR Marketing (career fairs open house walk ins, Increase the recruitment channels)
  • Track and manage new hires through all steps of the onboarding process.
  • Gather and process paperwork, run background checks and I-9 verifications.
  • Coordinate and facilitates new hire orientation

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in HR, will consider internships
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager-learner that's able to own projects and jump in wherever needed
