Job Title: Project Manager/Inspector

Position Summary: As a Project Manager/Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our roofing projects. This full-time position requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to project management. When not conducting inspections or managing projects, you will engage in canvassing efforts to generate leads and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough roofing inspections to assess repair or replacement needs.

  • Manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives, subcontractors, and homeowners to coordinate project details and schedules.

  • Perform canvassing duties during downtime to identify potential customers and generate leads.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.

  • Provide clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and any necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in roofing inspections or a related field; construction experience preferred.

  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions, including climbing on ladders and roofs.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in inspections and project execution.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of performing canvassing duties to support sales efforts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $18-23, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Full-time, W2 position with opportunities for career advancement.
