Job DescriptionJob Description

OVERVIEW

The Detailer will prepare detailed ductwork drawings using AutoCAD software and customer supplied drawing in support of Project Management department.

Role is an excellent opportunity for a newer grad as training of industry and company specifics will be provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Follow all written guidelines and procedures
  • 100% accuracy
  • Provide value added to the customer at the lowest delivered cost to the company
  • Generate easily understood detailed drawings

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • High level understanding of engineering drawings
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
  • HVAC experience a plus
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented self-starter with ability to mentor others
  • Highly organized in both independent and team settings
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be a listener and recognize inconsistencies

EDUCATION

  • AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
