About the Role:
our client is seeking a skilled MES Process Improvement Lead to support a major digital transformation initiative at their manufacturing facility in Stuttgart, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to take on a leadership role in optimizing and enhancing shop floor processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead MES project plans, including rollouts, enhancements, and scheduling for the shop floor, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Business Analysis: Oversee and analyze software development projects related to MES, ensuring that all aspects are covered and identifying any gaps in the process.
  • Process Flow & Documentation: Create detailed process flow diagrams, project plans, and documentation to support project initiatives.
  • Shop Floor Analysis: Work directly on the shop floor to understand and analyze specifications, identifying missing elements or areas for improvement.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation within the MES to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance quality control.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, specifically overseeing and analyzing at least 3 software development projects with MES software.
  • Industrial Manufacturing: Strong experience in an industrial or complex manufacturing environment, with comfort and familiarity working on the shop floor.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of organization and attention to detail, with strong soft skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with MS Project, Visio, and/or DevOps for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP systems is a strong plus.
