Our full-service marketing and consulting firm is seeking a full-time Management Trainee to join our fast-growing organization. Our newest client is one of the largest and most dedicated technology companies on the market. Our Management Trainees are dedicated to providing our clients with out-of-the-box sales and customer service solutions to drive the growth of a strong, high-quality consumer base.

The Management Trainee will be joining a team of solution-oriented, tenacious sales professionals motivated to serve customers. Due to our innovative sales and customer service strategies, we are excitedly expanding into new markets throughout the country. 

Primary Objective: The Management Trainee will act as the liaison between client and customer to drive sales objectives, promote brand visibility, and provide the highest level of customer service. 

Responsibilities of the Management Trainee: 

 
  • Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning their telecommunication services
  • Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers 
  • Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
  • Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
