BIM Specialist

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $65k - $85k

Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture and collaborative design team seeking to add a BIM Specialist to its team. In this role, you will assist with creating BIM content for the design team, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing support and training during the production of drawing sets.

BIM Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop content for the design team
  • Serve as a resource to support and train Autodesk products to the design team
  • Provide support for configuration and customization of design and production applications
  • Maintain and update company standards, documentation, and templates
  • Provide production and technical support on assigned projects as needed

BIM Specialist Requirements

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related degree with a 3D modeling focus; Bachelor or Master degree a plus
  • Excellent working knowledge of Autodesk products, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • 3+ years of Revit content creation experience
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
