Job Summary
Looking for a Job in this marketplace can be difficult and very time consuming. I don't want to waste your time or ours. We are a privately owned and operated print company. We are not your average small print shop located next to Starbucks or your local supermarket. Our clients are fortune 100-500 companies; our main focus is enterprise accounts.

We are a commercial printing company with offices in the east and south bay. We are looking for someone who has talent and is witty~ can think on his/her feet, someone who has ambition and wants to learn. Of course, having knowledge of digital printing, direct mail, 4-color process printing and business sales experience is very desirable, but what is important to us is talent and the willingness to learn, we will invest the time to teach you if you invest the time to learn. We are not looking for 2 or more individuals. This is not a herd sales job, where you are a dime a dozen. We are looking for only 1 person.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Familiar with MS Office, specifically word and excel.
  • Knowledge of prospecting for leads, acquiring referrals, experience building relationships and making presentations on the telephone, in writing and in person.
  • Ability to identify, qualifies, propose, and close.
