Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Security Camera Specialist** to lead the development and implementation of our new cloud-based security camera division. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing department, where you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of security camera installationsfrom initial survey and quotes to final installation and customer training. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess client needs and develop tailored security camera solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for security camera installations, including equipment, labor, and associated costs.
- Manage the end-to-end installation process, ensuring all security cameras are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
- Develop and document processes for installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of security camera systems.
- Partner with leading industry providers, such as Eagle Eye, to deliver cloud-based security solutions.
- Train customers on the use and maintenance of their security camera systems, including cloud-based platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of installed systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Help grow the security camera department, potentially leading to the recruitment of additional team members as the business expands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in security camera technology and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of security camera systems.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud-based security camera solutions, preferably with experience in partnering with providers like Eagle Eye.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to develop and implement processes and best practices for a new department.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Wages + Benefits:
- $30-$45 an hour depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and more.
