Summary:

We are seeking an energetic qualified professional to join our team for the role of Customer Service Representative. You will need to help resolve customer inquiries about our product and services, submit orders on their behalf, maintain Production Schedule and process payment according to payment terms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and create relationships with new ones

• Receive inbound sales calls and assist customers with product questions

• Process orders received by email or website in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product knowledge requests

• Maintain Production Schedule and assign ship dates.

• Other duties assigned by Management

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Required:

• Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, Detail oriented

• Ability understand and take direction to achieve a common goal

• Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Customer service skills, patience and resolve during challenging situations.

Language Skills:

• English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Position requires sitting for prolonged periods, occasionally required to walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Non-temperature-controlled warehouse, non-temperature-controlled production floor, temperature-controlled office.
