Summary:

People Architects is excited to partner with our Orange County based client as we recruit for our Creative Designer. Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing D2C tech-enabled consumer products company that is building a global growth platform, acquiring and evolving e-commerce brands into household brands.



Position Overview:  

Are you a creative rockstar who thrives in the fast-paced world of e-commerce? Do you dream in color palettes and have a knack for crafting visuals that resonate with online audiences? If so, then we want YOU to join our passionate team We're on the hunt for a talented Creative Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a dynamic and creative environment, providing both high-level conceptual realization of design work and detail-specific design work (sometimes incorporating structural design aspects) in a variety of image and media formats.
  • Work in a high-paced environment and be comfortable with quick turn-around times.
  • Design marketing materials including but not limited to ad creation, packaging, social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners and landing pages, to tell our brand story and drive engagement across all digital channels.
  • Craft a seamless user experience (UX) collaborating with our team to design a user-friendly website and app experience that guides customers effortlessly through their shopping journey.
  • Stay on top of design trends keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest design trends in e-commerce and ensure our brand identity remains fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with product managers, marketing specialists, and the entire team to bring creative visions to life.

Qualifications (required and preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience.
  • A strong portfolio that  showcase a diverse range of work that reflects your understanding of e-commerce design principles.
  • Mastery of design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design software.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensure every visual element is polished and on-brand.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and the unique challenges and opportunities of online retail.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams, clearly communicate your design decisions, and vision.
