Position Overview: Blend and mix juice from concentrate and base at a high rate of speed ensuring a high quality, efficient operation. The Blender operates mixing machines to blend ingredients into compounds for processing, loads ingredients into mixers, and weights and measures ingredients as well as is responsible to clean and sanitize mixer machines.
Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures, spill policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with standard operating guidelines.
- Operate and maintain various machinery, including scales, processing systems, hoists, pumps, and blenders, ensuring efficient functionality and performing Clean in Place (CIP) procedures as necessary.
- Stage, verify, and record ingredients for blending, including checking batch documentation for accuracy, performing blend calculations, and properly handling and documenting ingredient usage.
- Follow established blending procedures, including verifying recipes, conducting quality tests (e.g., reverse osmosis water conductivity and Total Dissolved Solids), and managing the blending process through inputting new recipes and troubleshooting issues.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, such as blend sheets, logs, and shift pass downs, while effectively communicating product descriptions, formulas, and codes to ensure clarity and accuracy in operations.
- Maintain a clean work area, promote a positive atmosphere, and cultivate professional relationships with co-workers, management, and customers while being flexible with work schedules and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
