As a Car Sales Representative at Brown Motors, you will play a key role in understanding and meeting customer automotive needs, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process with expertise and care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering superior customer service, ensuring every client interaction is geared toward creating a memorable buying experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Actively engage the local community and create a robust online presence to develop a client base.
  • Understand each customers unique needs and navigate them through our range of vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Manage sales processes and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Work with the Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system to schedule one to two appointments daily.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories available, and translate their benefits to customers.
  • Assist in the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of showroom and promotional displays, including removing snow from vehicles and display areas as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
