What You Will Do for Us:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Facilitate critical financial forecasting and real-time performance reporting for C-Suite
  • Analyze revenue and spend trends that will be used to create client & product-level analysis and reporting
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Assist the Controller in the execution of monthly close process including journal entry creation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and variance research and analysis
  • Coordinate and monitor budget to track spend and goal formation for fiscal year
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Stay up to date with industry and economic trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial planning and analysis.


What You Will Bring to Us:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or relevant degree
    • MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or related field
    • Prior FP&A, Controller, or finance function experience is a plus
    • Previous Big 4 (Audit) experience is a plus
    • Prior investment banking and/or private equity experience is a plus
    • QuickBooks proficiency is a plus
  • A passion for understanding business questions and making data-driven insights
    • SQL experience is a plus
  • Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, GAAP, and account reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial data through written and oral communication concisely using detailed reports and charts
  • Proven ability to ingest large amounts of data and synthesize into organized formats
  • Confidence to work directly with executive-level management
