The ideal candidate should have documented experience working as a Mercedes-Benz, or other high-line brand, booker, or warranty administrator. The candidate must possess working knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership standards
  • Verify flagged technician labor hours and comments.
  • Ensure all parts, labor, and other charges are billed correctly with 100% accuracy
  • Verify that all required manufacturer, state, and dealership documentation is included on every repair order
• Monitor all comebacks and relevant Key Performance Indicators
• Prepare and provide accurate reports as required by dealership management
• Proactively communicate any potential issue with dealership management with a plan to mitigate any error to ensure the best possible outcome for the dealership and customer
• Complete any needed manufacturer training and/or certifications

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Booker
• Must possess working knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits to drive both customer vehicles and a demonstrator vehicle
• Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
• Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
