Summary

The Billing Supervisor provides supervisory oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the billing department including leading a team of billing specialists and facilitating claims processing and payment collection. This position works under the direction of the revenue manager and cooperates with other departments to ensure timely billing, reporting and patient account management.

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma/equivalent required. Relevant experience in healthcare and medical coding/billing preferred.
  • Minimum of three years business office management experience; prior training experience.
  • Experience working with all types of third‐party payers. (Medicare/Medicaid, PPO, etc.)
  • Understanding of FQHC billing requirements preferred.
  • EPIC & Dentrix experience preferred.

Monday-Friday, Full-Time
