Requirements

  • 5 years executive chef experience in fast-paced high-end from-scratch kitchens
  • Michelin Star experience is highly preferred
  • Servsafe certification or equivalent
  • Basic math skills for recipe conversion, yield guides
  • Excellent knife skills, including meat/fish butchery
  • Experience making stocks & sauces
  • In-depth experience with people management, strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Servant style leadership
