DNI Heating, AC, Refrigeration & Plumbing is currently seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team.

BECOMING ONE OF OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Positioned in Mead, CO, with dispatch options across Longmont, Boulder, Ft Collins, and Loveland, this role offers competitive compensation ranging from $22 to $32 per hour, coupled with bonus and commission incentives. You'll also enjoy generous benefits such as:

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

The Lead HVAC Installation Technician will adhere to a regular Monday to Friday schedule, operating from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional on-call duties as part of rotation.Your primary responsibility will be overseeing projects for both residential and commercial properties. Your daily routine will commence with meticulous project planning and coordination with your team to ensure seamless execution. This entails installing systems in compliance with specified guidelines, conducting thorough system testing, and addressing any potential issues promptly to uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • EPA certification
  • Installation experience

At least four years of HVAC installation experience, preferably commercial and residential, is preferred but not required.
