THE LEAD HVAC/R TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you meet these qualifications?

  • EPA certification
  • HVAC and refrigeration experience

5+ years of HVAC experience or 1+ years of lead technician experience would be preferred.

Can you perform this job?

This is a dynamic role where you guide a skilled team in completing top-quality work. Your main focus is on commercial projects, and you lead your team in diagnosing problems, performing general maintenance, and completing complex repairs. Attention to detail is crucial and a strong work ethic is a must.

Are you able to work these hours?

Your typical schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. There is also an on-call rotation. Most days, you can dispatch from home
