This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about cloud technologies and wants to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Azure Infrastructure Management:
    • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
    • Monitor and maintain Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
  2. Microsoft 365 Administration:
    • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft 365.
  3. Identity and Access Management:
    • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
    • Implement and enforce security policies related to identity and access management.
  4. Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Set up monitoring tools and alerts to ensure the availability and performance of Azure and Microsoft 365 resources.
    • Identify and implement optimization strategies to improve resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  5. Security and Compliance:
    • Implement and manage security measures to safeguard Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Backup and Disaster Recovery:
    • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for Azure and Microsoft 365 resources.
    • Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery procedures.
  7. Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure and Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud administration
  • Azure Administrator Associate Certification or proven experience as an Azure Administrator/similar role.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified certifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Storage.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding or core networking concepts.
  • Willing to work On-Call.
  • PLUS: Hyperconverged Infrastructure experience
  • PLUS: VMWare products including vCenter, NSX, vSAN, vRealize, Tanzu, etc.
