Responsibilities
  • Continue to develop our ongoing networking relationships with Community groups, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospect and generate new business through our lead & referral platforms. Our technology makes it SUPER EASY to navigate through all of your assigned leads.
  • YES LEADS - we already HAVE THEM But we need you to help us contact them
  • Be capable to operate VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other integrated technology platforms with little to no supervision, while knowing scrubbing and DNS FCC guidelines
  • Operate multiple daily platforms while adhering to strict compliance guidelines, multi-tasking different responsibilities throughout your day.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
  • At some point, you will be expected to acquire an Iowa Personal lines insurance license
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic TEAM attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Digital graphics/design or equivalent experience preferred - you will be designing digital flyers/promotional materials etc.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Adhering to strict FCC/DNS rules. Unfortunately, if you have any charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules, you are ineligible for employment with us, at this time.
