 The Customer Service Representative at Connexa Worx will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience.

Job: Full time
Salary Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
