Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work with leads to develop relationships, understand client needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about various insurance products and coverages to effectively advise clients on their options.
- Sales Production: Engage in day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, quoting, and closing sales to meet targets.
- Mentorship: Participate in a structured mentorship program, receiving guidance and support from experienced agents and managers.
- Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any policy changes or claims.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations through training and development programs.
Requirements
