As an Advanced Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce is leveraged to its full potential, enabling efficient business processes, data management, and end to end system automation leverage all third-party app exchange platforms. This will build and maintain advanced workflow and system automation capabilities to meet the needs of Erie Home.


Major Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization. This includes creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes.
  • AppExchange Applications: Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange to enhance system functionality.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation leveraging all currently installed applications to their fullest potential
  • Security and Access Control: Working with IT leadership and standard security practices, Implement and manage security controls, profiles, and permission sets to safeguard data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features, and apply them to improve our Salesforce instance continuously.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
  • Data Management: Working with the Director for Business Intelligence & Analytics, maintain data integrity by designing and implementing data governance strategies, data quality checks, and regular data cleanup processes.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of Sales, Field Service, and Service Clouds.
  • Master’s Degree Proficiency in Salesforce Lightening and classic
  • Other Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
  • Experience with declarative development, including Workflow rules, Process Builder, and Flows
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightening Component development is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional & high paced team environment
