Position Summary: As a Lead Server—Vibe Commander—you’ll be the pulse of our dining experience. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every shift is filled with energy, excellence, and those unforgettable moments that keep guests coming back. This is a full-time, hourly plus tips, non-exempt position. Key Responsibilities: Command the Vibe: Lead and inspire your team as a Lead Server to deliver standout service every shift. Epic Atmosphere: Ensure every guest feels like a VIP, with service that’s second to none. Guest Experience Guru: Make every guest interaction memorable, from start to finish. Mentorship: Guide and train your team to excel as a Lead Server, fostering growth and top performance. Social Media Champion: Capture and share the magic of Seed to Table with the world. Problem-Solving Pro: Handle challenges with ease, turning potential issues into opportunities for excellence. Qualifications: Proven experience as a high-energy Lead Server with leadership skills Passion for guest service and creating an unforgettable experience Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Social media savvy with experience in brand promotion Excellent communication and a positive, upbeat attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus Authorized to work in the United States Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Skilled Manipulation: Proficient in both gross and fine motor tasks, ensuring precision in handling service tools and tasks. Visual Acuity: Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial for maintaining quality and safety in a dynamic environment. Auditory Skills: Able to effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling, often noisy environment. Strength & Mobility: Capable of handling and moving objects weighing up to 120 pounds while maintaining balance and focus. Endurance: Able to stand and walk for extended periods with consistent energy and attention to detail. Flexibility: Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and moving fluidly to adapt to the demands of the role. Environmental Adaptability: Able to work comfortably in varied temperature conditions, from hot and humid to cool, and tolerate moderate exposure to dust and cleaning agents. Allergy Tolerance: Capable of handling a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions. Elevated Reach: Confident in using step-stools or ladders as needed, and capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead to access tools and supplies. Stability & Balance: Maintain physical stability while executing tasks efficiently, even in fast-paced settings. Clear Communication: Convey instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
