Visual Acuity: Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial for maintaining quality and safety in a dynamic environment. Auditory Skills: Able to effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling, often noisy environment. Strength & Mobility: Capable of handling and moving objects weighing up to 120 pounds while maintaining balance and focus. Endurance: Able to stand and walk for extended periods with consistent energy and attention to detail. Flexibility: Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and moving fluidly to adapt to the demands of the role. Environmental Adaptability: Able to work comfortably in varied temperature conditions, from hot and humid to cool, and tolerate moderate exposure to dust and cleaning agents. Allergy Tolerance: Capable of handling a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions. Elevated Reach: Confident in using step-stools or ladders as needed, and capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead to access tools and supplies.
