Computer Upgrade King is committed to providing exceptional support to our customers. We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our dynamic Customer Service Team. We’re looking for strong team players with exceptional interpersonal skills. If you’re tech savvy, you love technology, or enjoy building and gaming on computers, this job is for you.

You will support our customers by answering questions throughout the purchasing processing and after their units have been received. Our team is responsible for providing upbeat, friendly customer support via phone and email.


What you’ll do:

· Provide delightful customer service through casual, unscripted conversations

· Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information

· Assist in sales by providing detailed information about products and services to customers

· Record and provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams

· Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in consumer education and support sales efforts

What you’ll need:

• Superior verbal, written and listening skills with the ability to assist all customers in a friendly, courteous manner

• Ability to troubleshoot a variety of computers and software issues

• Prior experience in sales or technical customer support

• Organizational skills to keep records current and updated for all incoming customer correspondence

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Requirements:
  • Answer customer calls, emails and the occasional walk-in to resolve issues and help in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide sales support to prospective and repeat customers
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers and answer product and service questions as well as suggesting information about other products and services when appropriate
  • Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information
  • Assist and process customer orders/exchanges per established department policies and procedures
  • Process customer returns per established department policies and procedures
  • Provide timely feedback to manager regarding products, service failures, and customer concerns
