Job Summary: Our client is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Operations Manager to support their rapid growth and innovation. Reporting directly to the founder/COO, this role involves working closely with department heads, the executive team, and other key stakeholders to drive key business initiatives, analyze business performance, present strategic recommendations to leadership, and support product go-to-market initiatives. This role emphasizes not just analysis and recommendations but also a relentless focus on execution to produce tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, develop, and execute business plans in support of company growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, processes, and performance to accelerate business goal achievement.
  • Provide guidance for business decisions by preparing ad-hoc analysis of operational metrics supporting various initiatives across functions.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of work experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in an operations role at a tech company.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pull up from the details to drive insights and business recommendations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Energized by supporting teammates in achieving mutual goals; passionate about driving measurable impact.
  • General familiarity with SaaS business models and relevant KPIs is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tech stacks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategy is a plus.
