Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients using ZOOM, on the phone, and occasionally in person in the office to understand their specific Health and Life Insurance needs and provide a personalized recommendation with our proprietary customized spreadsheets.

Sales Development: Drive sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Health Insurance with other lines of insurance, such as Life, Home-Owners, Auto, Business Insurance and Liability policies.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to elevate the client experience, not only at the beginning of our relationship, but throughout the years.

Policy Administration: Manage client policies, updates, and renewals with details and accuracy.



Requirements

Licensing: Active Health and Life Insurance License in the State of California - a Property and Casualty License is a BONUS

Experience: Previous experience in Health Insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting the expectations of our clients.

Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced office environment focusing on team collaboration.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail when reviewing policies and sharing complex information.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 software and online tools.
