Shift: 1st or 2nd Shifts
Salary:
- 1st Shift: $18-19 /hr (7am-3:30pm)
- 2nd Shift: $20-$22/hr (3pm-11:30pm)

- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Contribute to a safe, healthy work environment, adhering to MPI, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
- Proficiency in MPI MIS (Aegis) software is required.
- Component Identification training required.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
- Fluency in reading and speaking English.
- Competence in reading and understanding simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Capability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
- Handle problems involving simple variables in standardized situations.
- Level I:
- 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Perform simple assembly tasks with moderate supervision.
- Tasks include loading/unloading screen printers, paste inspection machines, and reflow ovens.
- Level II:
- 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Perform complex assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
- Tasks include daily maintenance, setup/tear down of machines, and managing inventory.
- IPC 610 Certification preferred.
- Capable of training and supervising others.
- Number of Openings: 6 for the 2nd Shift and 1 Open SMT Operator for 1st Shift.
- Experience: Open to machine operator experience; training will be provided.
