Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately processing employee payroll, including calculations, deductions, and withholdings.
- Responsible for managing garnishments following federal and state regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information, and resolve payroll-related queries for all employees, across Idaho & Montana.
- Manage various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and terminations.
- Assist with benefits administration and performance management.
- 3+ years experience as a multi-state payroll clerk.
- Familiarity with payroll & HR regulations, including labor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using payroll management systems for efficient processing, emphasis on experience with Paylocity software.
- Skilled in managing and resolving workplace conflicts and employee concerns.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy, with an emphasis on confidentiality.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
