Job DescriptionJob Description

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Material Handler I at our integrated materials plant in Eau Claire, WI making custom packaging. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to Ventek Solutions.

Requirements:

  • Unloading incoming materials and products
  • Receiving items arcuately in the computer system
  • Inspecting incoming orders to make sure they match what was ordered including size and print
  • Maintain clean and orderly storage of all materials in our warehouses, per company and quality procedures
  • Perform and report cycle counts, including assisting with tagged inventory
  • Getting materials for departments as needed
  • Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous forklift experience
  • Must pass forklift operation and safety training and obtain certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being reliable and work independently with little guidance
  • Working in ambient temperatures
  • Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
