As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and fostering support to our farming customers and enhancing our market presence.


What A Day In The Life Looks Like:


Drive Sales and Support Customers

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base
  • Provide expert support and solutions to maximize client success and drive continuous engagement
  • Collaborate on sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and lead promotional efforts for branded products

Expand Market Reach

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects to expand our footprint in the Midwest
  • Implement marketing strategies to guide prospects through the sales process

Collaborate for Success

  • Build strong partnerships with independent consultants to enhance service delivery and resolve challenges
  • Conduct on-farm visits to ensure services are tailored to client needs

Industry Engagement

  • Engage with the broader agriculture community through networking and participation in industry events

What You Bring To The Table:

  • A seasoned professional in agricultural sales, preferably with experience in the dairy sector
  • A proven achiever in sales with a talent for exceeding targets
  • A relationship-builder who excels in connecting with farmers and industry stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong capacity to operate independently
  • An excellent communicator poised for both customer engagement and team collaboration
  • Willing and able to travel within the Midwest to meet with clients and attend events

Territory: Marshfield, WI - Madison, WI - Chippewa Falls, WI
