You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manager role, including customer service experience
  • Experience in a practice setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus
  • Supervisory and leadership experience
  • Intermediate computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office suite and ability to become proficient in Practice Management Software
  • Strong leadership with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to delegate tasks and achieves results with practice team members
  • Positive interpersonal skills with staff and clients and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and flexibility
