Successful salespeople can achieve an annual income ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 by selling anywhere from 1.5-2.5 million in volume per year.

From recommending top-tier insulation methods like spray foam and blown-in insulation to suggesting the best in heating and cooling solutions, you'll be pivotal in guiding homeowners towards smarter energy choices and a more sustainable future.

Compensation:

$150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As a Home Energy Specialist Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:


1. Conduct Residential Energy Audits:

Utilize your expertise to assess the energy efficiency of homes.


2. Educate Homeowners:

Inform homeowners about the benefits of energy efficiency upgrades tailored to their specific needs.


3. Sell Energy Efficiency Upgrades: Offer solutions such as insulation, air sealing, heat pumps, gas boilers, and furnaces. Act as the local, on-site representative to customers, guiding them through the program and addressing any concerns or questions. Travel within a defined territory to reach potential customers and clients in Long Island.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


  • Successful Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales is essential
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an Associate Degree is preferred
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using computers and smartphone applications
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must to travel within your defined territory
