Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Coordinate job assignments, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.

  • Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure every job meets Sparkle Squad's high standards.
  • Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of tools, supplies, and company vehicles.
Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • 2+ years of experience in exterior cleaning, holiday lighting, or related fields.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working at heights and using specialized equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
