Your day to day as a Front End Manager

As a Full Time Front End Manager at Brookhaven Market, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and supporting front-end staff, creating efficient shift schedules, and guaranteeing a welcoming and efficient customer journey. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you will take the lead in managing store operations, contributing significantly to our commitment to customer-centricity and high performance.
