Restaurant General Manager- Fort Smith, Arkansas


Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Fort Smith area for a New Store Opening. The ideal restaurant general manager should uphold operational excellence by adhering to franchise standards, utilizing tools for performance planning, prioritizing guest satisfaction, and undergoing comprehensive training for consistent exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain meticulous organization in preparing necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and exceptional experiences for all visitors.
  • Engage in thorough training covering diverse business aspects from food preparation to financial management.
  • Utilize tools like Monthly Status Report, Automated Labor Scheduling, Cash Management, Quarterly Business Review, and Inventory Management for operational planning.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: up to $80,000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Managerin a Full Service concept
  • High volume background - must have RestaurantGeneral Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
