Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of plumbing service calls, dispatching technicians to job sites, and ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Pay Range:

  • $24-$26 per hour
  • Spiffs

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming service calls and gather necessary information from clients.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure they have all the information and resources needed to complete their assignments.
  • Monitor the progress of jobs and provide updates to clients as needed.
  • Handle any scheduling changes or emergency situations that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and dispatch activities.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer software and data entry.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and terminology is a plus.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
