Join Our Team: Public Relations Assistant

Are you a passionate communicator with a keen eye for detail? Style Netbox is seeking a dedicated Public Relations Assistant to support our team in crafting compelling narratives and building strong relationships with the media and public.

About the Role: As a Public Relations Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll play a vital role in assisting with the implementation of strategic public relations campaigns. You'll work closely with our PR team to coordinate media outreach, draft press materials, and monitor press coverage to help elevate our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate media outreach efforts, including drafting press releases and media pitches.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings and reports for clients.
  • Assist with the organization of press events, including media briefings and product launches.
  • Conduct research on media outlets, journalists, and industry trends to support PR efforts.
  • Maintain media contact lists and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in public relations, communications, or journalism preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and media monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
