The Warehouse Coordinator is a central position that coordinates with the Warehouse Supervisor to
plan and implement all incoming and outgoing Ohio inventory and is responsible for the supply and
inventory management of materials for Redi Shapes, Construction, and direct material sales. A detailed
list of these job duties are:
Material Warehousing and Inventory Management

  • Drives a forklift and unloads incoming material trucks, receives, and checks in the materials, and distributes materials to whoever ordered them.
  • Keeps accurate count of the Plibrico inventory by issuing material transfer forms for all material moving in and out of inventory. Works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure paperwork is turned in daily.
  • Assists Warehouse Supervisor with checking inventory monthly and comparing it against what we have in NAV.
  • Conducts an annual physical count of all inventory and reconciles any discrepancies with the help of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Truck Maintenance and audits

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with scheduling routine truck maintenance on our truck fleet.

Construction Department Logistics

  • Receives a job list for tools, materials and equipment from Warehouse Supervisor or Project
  • Manager and assists the Construction Department with the gathering and assembly into job boxes and onto trucks. Writes out any material inventory to that specific job number.
  • Works with the Construction department and assists with the unloading of the trucks when they return from a job. Receives materials back into inventory. Calls off any rental equipment.
  • Inspects the condition of air hoses, extension cords, small air tools and tags them “ready for use” and put back on the shelf or “needs repaired” and schedule the repair.

Redi Shape Department Logistics

  • Assists with the packaging of Redi Shapes going out for shipment by adding the plastic shrink wrap bag and label each pallet that Redi Shapes brings to the shipping dock.
  • Works with the BA with the arrangement of shipping of the finished goods.
  • Loads the truck, signs, and turns in the BOL to Warehouse Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of small engines to be able to repair and maintain construction equipment.
  • Familiarity with computers and the Office 365 suite of software products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CDL License
  • Forklift certification


WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM, may require mandatory overtime.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Construction warehouse and light manufacturing setting. Possible exposure to grease, oil, dust, etc. Must follow all safety requirements carefully.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in dusty and not fully air conditioned or heated warehouses; works with and around warehouse equipment. Noise level ranges from low to moderate.
