The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our school. Reporting to our Director of School Administration and Principal, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining student records, helping to coordinate and participate in school events, and providing support to teachers, staff, and parents. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our school community
As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior customer service to all stakeholders as an Action Day Brand Ambassador
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office & school supplies
- Assisting with student enrollment, tours and Shadow Days, as needed
- Maintaining student records in partnership with feeder schools and ensuring the transfer of student files to the middle school.
- Supporting families and attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Planning, promoting and participating in all school activities, including Teacher-In Service Days, Open House Events and Community Engagement events.
- Collaborating with the School Principal and Leadership team to ensure smooth operations

Compensation: $25-30 per hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree (in Education preferred)
- Must take initiative and have a "take charge" attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to multitask
- Communicate effectively with emotional intelligence
- A love and passion for working with young children
- An eagerness to learn and grow
