Our family of resorts includes White Elephant Nantucket, White Elephant Palm Beach, and White Elephant Aspen, coming soon in 2025. Our newly renovated Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin, and Nantucket Boat Basin marina are situated along the Nantucket Harbor, along with our downtown location, Jared Coffin House, and The Wauwinet, recently named by Travel + Leisure's Top 500 Best Hotels.

*This position is based in the dynamic work environment of our Boston city office.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of: hotel facilities/services & hours of operation; guest room layouts, bed types, décor, locations and amenities; room availability, restricted dates, rates/types, packages and promotions; entertainment and special events scheduled in the hotels & on the island; travel options to the island (boat and plane)
  • Accommodating special requests in the system
  • Verifying all reservation information with caller to ensure accuracy
