WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING INSTALLATION MANAGER

  • 5+ years of professional experience in installation management or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
  • Strong leadership skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

A college degree isn't required but would be preferred. Can you effectively lead a team and efficiently delegate tasks? Do you have strong communication skills? AVERAGE DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING INSTALLATION MANAGER

With you as our Residential Remodeling Installation Manager, our high-quality installation jobs are always completed within budget and on time You skillfully lead your team in installing closets according to the project's blueprints and drawings. As the job progresses, you make sure your team's work meets our company's standards and our client's expectations. If any problems come up while on the job, you resolve them as swiftly as possible.

Your role doesn't end at the work site. You help set our projects up for success by keeping an eye on our supply levels and by hiring and training talented installers. As jobs get booked, you help make sure your team doesn't get swamped with work. You take pride in how your efforts produce incredible results
