As an Agent Apprentice, you will embark on a fulfilling journey to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, honing your skills and paving the way for a successful career with the opportunity to become an agent. In this role, you will work closely with experienced agents to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience. You will assist in client interactions, policy reviews, and product presentations. You will also have the chance to develop your sales and communication skills while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced agents in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with agents to conduct thorough policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage improvement.
  • Participate in product presentations to educate clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and performing administrative tasks.
  • Proactive and driven to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Willingness to obtain the required licensing.
