As a Screw Extrusion Operator (also known as Extrusion Machine Operator, Production Operator), you'll operate all extrusion and downstream equipment, set up production jobs, perform minor die repairs, troubleshoot machinery, and assist in the development of new products and processes. You'll also be responsible for training employees and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay rate of $20.30/hr plus a $0.90 shift premium.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with hands-on thermoplastic extrusion experience.
  • Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, experience in a manufacturing environment, and plastic extrusion experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, blueprint reading ability, and quality inspection experience.
