Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required.

Semester: Fall Semester, 2024

Adjunct Faculty: Human Resource Management

The instructor will be responsible for helping to prepare and to teach a 12-week second year course. Course: Curriculum in Business Administration. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online environment. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom.

COURSE: BUS224G Human Resource Management

Adjunct appoints are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.

Adjunct Faculty:

The compensation rate is $800-$950 per contact hour [or $47.95 - $59.45 [per clinical rate per hour if applicable]. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.

The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:

Education: Masters Degree in Business Administration. A Masters Degree in Education: Curriculum and Development will be considered with 5 years of teaching experience in a business program in a high school or college setting.
